• Please self-check for symptoms before entering studio. If you experience symptoms of a cold, cough, shortness of breath, or gastrointestinal upset, self-isolate and alert CloverCare Massage. We can reschedule for two weeks later.
• Arrive alone, having showered and in clean clothes at appointment time.
• Immediately upon entering, either wash your hands (see poster), or use the hands-free sanitizer in the hallway.
• Sign the consent form at each treatment, stating that you accept the risks of receiving treatment during a pandemic.
• Respect physical distancing, maintaining 2 metres distance when the treatment is not in session.
• Masks: You have the option to wear your own clean fabric or paper mask, at this point it is not mandatory. Disposable, one-time use masks are available upon request for $3.
• Place clothing and personal items in the cleanable plastic container.
• Please bring your own water bottle, as I am not permitted to provide you with drinking water for the time being.

... for the Therapist

• Accept bookings strictly by appointment only.
• Accept bookings three hours apart to allow for thorough cleaning in between sessions.
• Self-check for symptoms (self and family members) before every treatment. If any symptoms are present, cancel all treatments for two weeks.
• Wear a clean, freshly-laundered shirt/top for each treatment, and if after discussing with the client at the time of booking they request a mask and/or shield be worn by the practitioner, put it on.
• Provide a safe, serene, clean studio. Thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, including door handles, treatment table, and oil dispenser with disinfectant. Make sure that all linens and blankets are laundered in hot water after each treatment.
